The Marmoris Gin is made from a bond between the depth of water and the strenght of marble, with a meticulous processing done by the master distillers who follow the strict London Dry method.
Each phase requires a lot of care, because it is the quality, the clarity and the taste of the product that makes a difference.
We’re talking about a peculiar kind of gin, strong yet gentle at the same time, cryptic and captivating, with a fresh an mineral taste that comes from coming in contact with the marble from the bottle, every time it is poured.
What’s so special about this gin? It’s worth tasting all of its aspects and variations that are expressed through the cocktails made with it. Marmoris is a London Dry Gin made in small batches and by following a very strict procedural guideline. During the processing phases, only a tuscanian kind of juniper is used, distilled in a batch carter head.
The six selected botanicals, all steam distilled, carefully mixed and measured, are another reason why this gin is so unique.
In the last production phase, the Marmoris gin is then cold-filtered and kept in contact with the smooth and clean surface of Carrara’s white marble: after this process, the product is complete. The marble enriches the gin with a fresh and mineral taste, making Marmoris a classic and versatile gin.
The Marmoris gin in made of six botanicals, all living in perfect harmony, showing the greatness of the tuscanian region, with a touch of internationality. Juniper, cardamom, cilantro, angelica, bergamot and a small trace of peppermint: these are the ingredients that define each and every aspect of Marmoris. During the production phase, these botanicals are steam distilled, which is a very common procedure of the London Dry method. Each botanical individually enriches the gin with its essence, without prevailing over the others.
